Many years ago it was common place for our doctors to make house calls to treat our sick bodies and help bring us back to good health but like many convenience things it gave way to supposed modernization. Now, It took many years for the medical industry to believe that going to the patient was out dated but I believe that in today’s fast paced world that it will be far more common place to have auto repairs performed remotely. I think people will immediately see just how more sense it is to have the mechanic perform vehicle repairs where the vehicle is rather then in an old fashioned repair facility.
It just seems so logical when you consider that in many cases when we really need your vehicle worked on it is often un-able to travel on its’ own to the auto repair shop. Why pay for that expensive ambulance or wait did I mean to say that expensive tow truck? It simply makes more sense and is more convenient to have the professional auto mechanic come to you rather than struggle to get the vehicle to the shop. When your vehicle Is not running properly does it really make sense to push its performance limits by driving it to the auto repair shop or when it is not running at all to pay that expensive tow bill. Frankly the convenience of a simple auto repair like an oil change being done while I sit in my own home watching my own television rather then the auto repair shops garages is much more appealing to me. Sitting fighting some stranger in the auto repair garages waiting room over what to watch or drinking stale coffee is not what I want to spend my day off doing.
I believe just like many other things in a few years our cities wont be cluttered with old fashioned auto repair shops but we will find it common place to watch those remote auto repair shops on wheels pull up outside our homes. I may not get sick that often but my vehicle always seems be at the automotive repair shop, so this is one profession I hope that makes a full conversion to the remote auto repair shop model.
